Terms of Purchase

1. Scope

These terms apply when HitITgroup, ul. Kominiarska 42ab, 51-180 Wrocław, Poland, NIP 8943042312 (“we”), buys used, faulty or decommissioned storage and memory through WeBuyFlashDrives from companies or individuals (“you”).

2. Quote

We quote on the basis of the information you provide. A quote is binding for the equipment, quantities and grades it describes, for the validity period stated in the quote.

3. Shipping

For lots of 20 units or more we prepay freight. For smaller lots shipping is at your cost. For shipments from outside the EU, shipping and customs documents are agreed with you before dispatch. Risk passes to us when the shipment is delivered to our intake facility.

4. Inspection and grading

We inspect every unit on arrival. If the confirmed grade or quantity differs from the quote, we send you an adjusted offer. If you do not accept it, we return the units at your cost.

5. Payment

We pay by wire transfer or PayPal within 48 hours of inspection. Ownership passes to us upon payment.

6. Your assurances

You confirm that you own the equipment or are authorised to sell it, and that it is free of third-party rights.

7. Data on the equipment

Removing data before sale is your responsibility. If you cannot do it yourself, we erase or destroy data-bearing media before resale or recycling. We do not read or recover data.

8. Law and disputes

Polish law applies. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for our registered office, without limiting any mandatory rights of consumers.
